Who we are and how we do business

  • West Coast origins

    Cape Town, a fusion of cultures and cuisine nestles at the base of the Western Cape, where the mighty Atlantic and Indian oceans meet. Relocating to Galway in the West of Ireland on the Wild Atlantic Way is like coming home. Some adjustments are easier… Oosthuizen becomes Westhaven; others more difficult… stew without Mrs Balls; braais without boerewors, stywe pap and niknaks? Impossible! A plan slowly takes shape… West Coast Kitchen emerges!

  • How we operate

    Our online shop showcases the products we offer for sale. Place your order from your PC or mobile device by adding them to your 'cart' and following on to secure 'checkout' where you can enter your payment and shipping details. This will include a nominal delivery fee based on distance and order value. Goods can be paid for by means of an Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or Cash on Delivery (COD). Cheques are not accepted. The transactions are fully secure and none of your payment data is stored by West Coast Kitchen.
